The contest in Longmont this past weekend was a blast. Riley won advanced street and took the cake with the best sunburn of the day. Bernie managed to actually breath during his run and came in behind surprise kid Little Jack who got a well deserved 3rd place. When Monico wasn’t mistakenly hearing his name called and cutting people off he took the 8 stair best trick contest with backlip first try, kickflip over the rail and nollie flip. Here’s a few photos taken on the drive back from Cheyenne last night.Bernie’s pants ripped so bad throughout the day. Basically every ollie they got worse and by the time we left they were history. Guess that’s what happens when you buy $13 Hawk pants at Ross.Nate scored four records for $11 at Ernie’s. He was hyped. Stevie Wonder is sick.Unfortunately they didn’t fit in the cd player. Doh!It’s not a trip to Cheyenne without a crazy thunderstorm or someone launching pop bottle rockets at the skatepark. Luckily we experienced both.
